The Barcaccia Luxury Suites is located in the heart of the historic center of Rome, a top position in the tourist panorama.
We are located in the Trident of Rome at Piazza di Spagna, 200 meters from Via Condotti and Via del Corso. Every place of interest is easily reachable. The location is among the best you could ask for.
Metro line A is five minute walk away, reaching us is easy and we are perfectly connected to transport, airports and train stations.

This is a private property in a historic building from the 1700s, there is no lift but the guest house is just on the second floor and easy to climb. The staff will always be there to help guests with their luggage. Permits have been initiated to have a small elevator but the building is protected by The Ministry of Culture and Arts.
All suites are equipped with a private internal bathroom, air conditioning, flat-screen TV with satellite channels, safe, hairdryer and complimentary toiletries. All rooms at Barcaccia Luxury Suites come with bed linen and towels.
Check-in will be carried out in person, it is important to establish effective communication with the Management who will be happy to meet you at a pre-established time according to your travel plans. Access to the property is not granted before the check-in time but in 99% of cases guests always receive a free early check-in and often at the desired time.
Luggage storage is offered at check-out only.
Free breakfast will be added soon and will be served in a renowned bistro restaurant a five-minutes walk from the property.
